Just do it!

Due to many threats and worries, I have decided to post again. I'm not going to think about how to say it or worry about how I will sound, I'm am just going to say it!

Well I like High school...A LOT! It's fun to be with the big kids and I like feelin cool. And lets just say that I have become way more carefree due to the time I have to be up in the morning. But it's better, I don't want to look the same every day. I'll just keep everyone guess'in!

This week was Homecoming week! I am going to the dance with friends, and I have decided to not make a big deal just because it's "Homecoming" I want to save all that fun for later. I mean I have 3 more years where I can do as much as I please.

Well as for the dress up days: neon, celebrity, nerd, decade, and spirit day!

Monday: I forgot

Tuesday: well...I...was...a devil. I know it sounds bad, but I was just showing people what not to be.

sorry its so small but I was wearing horns and hanging out with my friends Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, and Slasher from guitar hero!

Wednesday: as you all know I didn't have to put a lot of effort into this one. And I am considering unibrowing as a later profession.

Thursday: legwarmers, neon, wide neck shirts, and teased bangs? or poodle skirt, keds with rolled socks, and ribbons in my hair?

I went with number 2!

Friday: BLUE GOLD BLUE GOLD BLUE GOLD!

Saturday: Well this is what this was all leading up to. Homecoming night! It wasn't all it was cracked up to be but it was still fun!

p.s today is my birthday! I have now been on the earth for 15 years, I know, it's hard for me to believe too. I had a rockin Hannah Montana/High School Musical party along with my very own pop star microphone headset, Hannah table cloth and napkins, High School Musical banner and plates, and party bags! I like them both that much. And all my rock star/musical dreams came true due to my hip hoppin sister! THANKYOU everyone for making it such a great day!

Middle school waves Goodbye

Well, I have entered a whole new world of learning, friends, and life. I am now a student at a particular high school where my older brothers and sisters all attended. (I don't want to be carried by the carnies) And might I just say, it's big. Surprisingly, I didn't get lost the first day and haven't since, and I have no idea how! I am also an active member in seminary. My new routine starts at 5 in the morning and usually doesn't end till 9 or 10. I find myself talking all the new lingo-"oh I'll meet you at the pavillion!" or "hey come to the commons!"

I thought that watching all of the High School Musical movies would've prepared me for the big event, but on the first day I have to say it started with tears and worries the night before. woo woo surprise there! But that morning my mom was the one with the watery eyes as she dropped me off at a friends. And I can't blame her because if there weren't other people around I would have cried too. But when I walked onto the campus with my friends somehow all my fears ran away and left. Although Troy was no where to be found, I was so confident in my first day of school outfit, and my cupcake lunchbox. And don't tell anyone but when I walked those halls, by myself if I must add, I strutted my stuff! I had the coolest feeling and thought I was the hippest thing ever! "yea I am in High School now, where all the cool people are!" like "yea that's right I'm cool!"

It was fun to see new things and meet new people. And I am very anxious to start my High School career. Oh and I ate goldfish in the hall...and nobody cared! Back in my middle school years i would have gotten lunch detention! I love the freedom! Well middle school did it's job, but that's said goodbye and I'm high school kid!

Sadie 411

Hi and welcome to Sadie 411! Today's theme is the last 2 months of your life. And so here is the one and only, most beautiful, and tall -OK i think we all know that's not true-SADIE!

OK question 1:

In the last 2 months where did you dress up the most?

Answer: 8th Grade Dance

So yes there were the people who stood in the corner and didn't have much fun, but I am proud to say I was not one of them! i danced, screamed, talked, drank-water and lemonade of course-and just had a fun time!

Question 2:

In the last 2 months, where did you feel most honored?

Answer: Only the very special, unforgettable, and heart feeling 8th Grade Awards.

So I was really nervous to walk up the long path to the stage in an awkward silence while everyone watches me, but when i was up there I have to admit I did kind of like my 50 seconds to shine! And even wanted to go up again! I was awarded a very beautiful silver medal on a string for my A and B Honor Roll!

Question 3:

In the past 2 months, where have you had the most pop, the most pizazz?

Answer: Only the 8th Grade Choir Pop Show! Duh where else would give you as many cheesy dance moves?
With the new directors this year it is hard to compare to the almost perfect, most organized, and best show ever last year, but in the end it kinda sucked. I got to preform in the pizazz group I was in and that had to be the funnest part! I loved the dance and it was fun to do! So besides the lack of noticeable theme, sound system difficulties, and the lack of the directors motivation to get the kids organized and tell us what to do, i guess it was pretty good.

Question 4:

What were you doing on June 4?

Answer: Last day of 8th grade duh!

So the school threw a big party for just the 8th graders and a big video presentation on being fearless and make good choices in High School and all that good junk! The party was fun, and I loved just dancing, talking and having fun with friends, and of course eating the cookies and candy! I was really sad to leave, knowing everything would change and never be the same, and just hoping I see all the people I love next year! But know I have passed another milestone in my childhood, so high school get ready, because I am Sadie and hear me ROAR! -If you haven't yet, you have to get yourself a little Megan pep talk-

Question 5:

How have you been enjoying yourself during this summer?

Answer: Well the usual staying up late, sleeping in, and enjoying some fun bike rides with my good friend as we rode our bikes to our other good friends house to hang out. While we also sported our biker bandannas.-OK I am not biker- We did this at least 3 times this week! and i got up early this morning and went around the neighborhood by myself. Stay Fit!! -I recommend the Megan H-E-B workout too. I hear it really works!-

Well this has been lovely! See you next on Sadie 411!

now i would like to recommend that you should not get a haircut 1 hour before a big event. you need at least a week before! because i went and got it cut, and i came home crying! i hated it so much! so my sister did some confidence boosting and a little primping! and i was off! but its funny how now, i LOVE my hair! i got swoopy bangs and some layers around my face, and i love it!

(morning after)

and just this Saturday i got to go on a pre girls camp camp out! i wasn't super excited but of course it was really fun! and i touched a baby alligator! eeww!!

Long Over Due!

ok so i haven't blogged in a very long time, but i have decided to stop this bad streak!
Well Halloween contained a little trick or treating and a little party! it was so fun and i cannot tell you how much my feet hurt at the end..but it was worth it!

Then i started my fun birthday day out with a beautiful flu shot at Target! in this picture i don't really look scared but i really was. i was using my nice acting skills! and what was weird is that they stuck the needle in and left it in there which i could have sworn was at least a whole 57 seconds! and that is when a little pain decided to grace my presents! i am glad my dad was there to hold my hand the whole time! then the nice pharmacy ladies gave me 2 dollars because it was my birthday! and i got a yellow smiley face sticker! coooool!

Then my mother and father were so nice to take me and my 2 friends and my sister to Harwin for some birthday and jewelry shopping, and a very yummy lunch to chick-fi-lay! my favorite restaurant! I got some very cute necklaces and a very showy(and fake!) ring! it was so much fun and it was the best way to celebrate my 14th year on this wonderful earth!

Then before me and my friends attended an "every things pink" party, we did a little mall shopping for something pink! we then went to my friends birthday party to celebrate her birthday which is the same as my birthday. but it was kinda weird because i didn't want to tell anyone it was my birthday because it was her party and i didn't want to hog the attention. but somehow when people did find out it was my birthday too, they didn't believe me! but it was so much fun!

Thanks to everyone who made that such a special day for me! and you will hear from me soon because i am not having another bad streak!
